Karynn Elizabeth Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated October 9, 2026
Who is responsible for your information
Karynn Elizabeth Collins, doing business as Karynn Elizabeth, is an individual providing coaching and education. In this policy, “I,” “me,” and “my” refer to Karynn Elizabeth and, where applicable, the authorized people who help operate my business.
This policy explains how I collect, use, store, and share personal information through karynnelizabeth.com, related registration and purchase pages, coaching sessions, courses, free online events, email, text messages, and other communications. It applies to adults and eligible teen clients, including people outside the United States.
This Privacy Policy is separate from my Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use. It does not set payment, refund, cancellation, or program rules. It also does not replace any separate recording, media, or sensitive information consent required for a particular service.
For privacy questions or requests, contact karynnelizabeth@gmail.com or write to Karynn Elizabeth, 387 Silver Rd, Mesquite, NV 89027, United States.
Information I collect
Information you provide may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing or billing address, age or eligibility information, account details, purchases, and responses to applications, forms, surveys, or messages. For teen clients, this may include parent or guardian contact details and consent records.
When you participate in coaching or education, I may collect information you choose to share about your goals, business, finances, relationships, experiences, and personal circumstances. Client files may include notes, worksheets, messages, course progress, attendance, recordings, transcripts, and summaries.
You may choose to share sensitive information, such as information about your physical or mental health, disability, religious beliefs, or other private experiences. Please share only what is relevant to the service you want. I collect and use sensitive information only for disclosed purposes and with consent or another basis permitted by applicable law.
Payment providers process payment details. I may receive transaction information, billing details, payment status, and limited payment identifiers. The information available to me depends on the payment method and provider.
My website and connected tools may automatically collect IP addresses, device and browser details, approximate location, referral pages, pages viewed, clicks, dates and times of visits, and interactions with content or emails. This information may identify you or be linked to information you provide. It is not always anonymous.
Where information comes from
I collect information directly from you when you visit, register, purchase, communicate, or participate. I may also receive information from your parent or guardian, payment and registration providers, website and email tools, session platforms, and other providers used to deliver my services. Recordings, transcripts, and notes are created during or after participation.
How I use information
I use information to respond to inquiries, check eligibility, arrange sessions, deliver purchases, provide coaching and education, keep client records, process transactions, and provide support. I may use participation information to prepare follow-up materials and improve my services.
I also use information to manage my business, keep consent and accounting records, protect accounts and systems, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Contact and website interaction information may be used for newsletters, offers, analytics, and advertising, subject to your choices and applicable law. Private coaching files, sensitive session content, and teen session information are not used for targeted advertising.
When consent is required, I request it before the relevant collection or use. Receiving a service does not by itself give permission for unrelated marketing or public use of private session content.
Session recordings and public use
Sessions may be recorded. Before recording, I provide notice and obtain the consent required by applicable law. Recordings may include your image, voice, display name, messages, and information you share. Transcripts and summaries may also be created.
Paid sessions: Recordings and related client materials are for internal use unless you separately authorize another use. Paid clients may decline recording by written request before the session. Permission to record a paid session does not automatically include permission to publish it or use it in marketing.
Free online sessions: A free session may require express recording and media consent as a condition of active participation. The separate consent explains any permission for editing, publishing, education, marketing, and ongoing use without a set time limit. I provide that notice and consent process before participation. This Privacy Policy alone does not grant a media release.
Testimonials and other public materials: Identifiable client stories, photos, testimonials, and paid-session recordings are used publicly only with the relevant permission. You may decline optional marketing use in writing and still receive your purchased service. A separate media agreement may govern a free recorded event.
Publicly posted information can be viewed, copied, or shared by others. Withdrawing consent applies as required by law and the relevant agreement; I cannot guarantee removal of copies already made by others.
In group sessions or public events, other participants may see your name, image, messages, or contributions. I cannot guarantee their confidentiality practices. Avoid sharing information you do not want other participants to receive.
Artificial intelligence and transcription tools
I may use AI, transcription, and related tools of my choice to assist with internal notes, transcripts, summaries, organization, and preparation of coaching or educational materials. Depending on the task, a tool may process recordings, messages, worksheets, or other client information.
AI tools are external service providers. Their access, storage, and processing depend on the tool, account settings, and applicable agreements. Calling a use “internal” does not mean information stays only on my own device.
Paid clients may decline processing of identifiable client information by AI tools by sending a written request to karynnelizabeth@gmail.com before that processing occurs. I will apply that choice going forward and address deletion or other requests as required by applicable law.
Where separate consent is required for sensitive information, recordings, or another use, I obtain it before processing. Permission for one purpose does not authorize every other use. You may contact me to ask which providers process your information.
Cookies and tracking tools
My website and connected services may use cookies, pixels, server logs, and similar tools to keep the site working, remember preferences, measure use, and support marketing. Email tools may also measure opens and link clicks.
Advertising and analytics providers may collect information about activity across websites or services and use it to measure campaigns or personalize advertising. Advertising disclosures can be treated as “sharing” or a “sale” under some privacy laws even when no money changes hands.
You can manage cookies through your browser and any privacy controls available on the website. Blocking cookies may affect some features. Where required by law, nonessential tracking requires your consent before it starts, and you can withdraw that consent.
Contact me to exercise any applicable rights to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing. I honor legally required browser opt-out signals where applicable. A browser’s Do Not Track setting is not necessarily the same as a legally recognized opt-out signal.
Email and text messages
I may keep messages you send, my responses, and related contact details to provide support and maintain business records. Please do not send payment card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email or text.
Marketing messages are sent with consent or another permission allowed by applicable law. Where consent is required, purchasing or downloading something does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
You can stop promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link or emailing me. For promotional texts, use the opt-out instructions in the message or contact me. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary purchase, scheduling, account, or service messages.
Who can receive information
Private client files are available to me and authorized people within my organization who need them for their work. Outside providers may also process information needed to operate the business, such as website hosting, registration, scheduling, payments, email, communications, video sessions, file storage, transcription, AI support, and analytics.
I disclose information to providers only for the relevant purpose, subject to applicable legal requirements and provider arrangements. Website advertising tools may receive browsing information as described above. You may contact me for details about providers that process your information.
I do not sell client files, recordings, or email subscriber lists. This does not mean that all website advertising disclosures fall outside legal definitions of sale or sharing.
I may disclose information when you authorize it, when legally required, or when reasonably necessary and legally permitted to protect safety, prevent fraud, establish or defend legal rights, or respond to valid legal process. If the business is transferred or reorganized, relevant records may be transferred subject to applicable law and privacy protections.
Health and other sensitive information
Coaching is not medical care or therapy. Information shared in coaching can still be sensitive or protected by privacy laws.
Health-related information may include information you provide about symptoms, diagnoses, chronic illness, disability, mental health, or related experiences. It may appear in intake forms, messages, worksheets, notes, recordings, transcripts, and summaries. Sources are you, an authorized guardian where relevant, and records created from your participation.
I use this information to provide the coaching or education you request, prepare related materials, and maintain necessary service records. Where needed for those purposes, it may be processed by authorized staff and communication, session, storage, transcription, or AI providers. It is not sold or used for targeted advertising. Public disclosure requires the relevant separate permission.
Where law requires separate consent to collect or share health information, I obtain that consent. You may email me to ask whether I hold it, request access or correction, ask which third parties received it, withdraw consent, request that collection or sharing stop, or request deletion. Applicable legal limits may affect some requests. The request and appeal process below also applies to health information.
Teen clients and children
My services are for adults and eligible teens ages 14 through 17. I do not offer services to children under 14 or knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 14 has provided information, contact me so I can investigate and address it, including deletion where appropriate.
Teen participation requires a consultation, parent or legal guardian consent, and a purchase by the guardian. Both the teen and guardian must read and sign the applicable terms and consent forms.
Teen session content is treated as private. A guardian does not receive routine access to private session content simply because they pay for the service. Safety concerns, legal requirements, and applicable legal access rights may require disclosure.
Any identifiable public or marketing use involving a teen requires the applicable teen and guardian permissions. Required permissions for recording, AI processing, and sensitive information are addressed through the consent process.
Storage security and retention
Information may be stored electronically in client files and on systems used by my business and service providers. I use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, including limiting access to authorized people and providers. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
I keep files and recordings until I determine they are no longer needed for the purposes described here, subject to applicable retention limits, deletion rights, and legal obligations. Relevant factors include the service relationship, your consent and requests, accounting requirements, disputes, security, and whether a record remains useful for an authorized purpose. This is not permission to keep information indefinitely when law requires earlier deletion.
When information is no longer needed and retention is not required or permitted, I delete it or make it no longer identifiable. Backup copies may take longer to remove, subject to applicable law.
Clients do not receive ongoing access to internal files or recordings after their program ends. This does not limit any legal right to request access to personal information or receive a required copy.
People outside the United States
My business is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where my service providers operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, I use the safeguards required for that transfer. Merely visiting the website does not replace a required transfer safeguard.
Where European or UK data protection law applies, the basis for processing may be providing a requested service or taking steps before a contract, meeting a legal obligation, consent, or legitimate interests such as administering and securing my business. Legitimate interests apply only where they are not overridden by your rights. Sensitive information requires an additional lawful condition, such as explicit consent where appropriate.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; and complain to the relevant privacy authority. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Your privacy choices and requests
Send requests to karynnelizabeth@gmail.com. Describe the request and the information or service involved. Please do not include sensitive identity documents in your first message. I may ask for limited information to verify your identity or authority before releasing, changing, or deleting information.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or limits on processing, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing. Nevada residents may submit requests not to sell covered information to this same email address. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.
I respond within the time required by applicable law. If a request cannot be fully honored, I explain the reason and any available next steps. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or valid legal claims. I do not penalize you for exercising a protected privacy right.
If applicable law gives you an appeal right, reply to my decision or email me with “Privacy appeal” and explain why you disagree. I review the appeal and provide a response and any further complaint information required by law. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator or, for Nevada matters, the Nevada Attorney General.
Other websites and policy changes
Links and embedded services may take you to other providers. Their own privacy policies describe their processing. Please review those policies before providing information directly to them.
I may update this policy as my services, practices, or legal obligations change. The revised date appears at the beginning. I provide notice of material changes through the website, email, or another appropriate method, and obtain new consent when required. A revised policy does not retroactively authorize a use that requires separate permission.
