I have created a tiered, class-equitable, pay-what-supports you pricing structure, where each tier supports the next. It is an on your honor system. I believe in building an equitable, ethical business that supports other equitable, ethical businesses.
I used to give too much away and dishonor my own creative value. I resented myself and my client, but it only told a story about how I was conditioned and socialized as a woman to provide service without compensation; to give without receiving.
